GENERAL

All orders placed with The Lilly Pad  will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

This website is operated by The Lilly Pad  and references to ‘we’ ‘us’ and ‘our’ shall be deemed to be references to The Lilly Pad. References to ‘you’ and ‘your’ shall be deemed to be references to persons placing an order via this website.

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or if you are not at least 18 years old, that you have the authority/consent of your parent or guardian to do so.

PRICES, AVAILABILITY OF GOODS & PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices are subject to change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Prices do not include delivery and postage & packaging charges will be added at checkout in accordance with our standard delivery charges. All goods are sold subject to availability.

Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible so that you may choose between a full refund, delivery when the item is back in stock or an alternative product.

In the unlikely event of an item being incorrectly priced we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale at any point prior to dispatch. You will be promptly informed if such a situation arises.

Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the product descriptions and pictures on our website are accurate slight variations in size and colour may occur.

PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order with The Lilly Pad you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms you should contact us before placing an order. You can email us at thelillypadredruth@gmail.com

On receipt of your order we will send you an email confirmation. Please check this carefully to ensure all details are correct. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. The contract for the sale of the goods will be formed when we send an e-mail confirmation to you that your order has been dispatched.

PAYMENT

We accept online payment in a secure environment via PayPal. Most debit/credit cards are accepted and you do not require a PayPal account.

Payment for your order will be taken immediately on placing your order. Your order will automatically be cancelled if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.

Clearpay for customers to use free of charge.

Offering this form of ‘flexible’ finance will allow our customers to pick up the items they want, and split the payment over a period of time. ClearPay is a market leader in ‘flexible financing’ and works with customers such as ASOS and JD Sports.

ClearPay is unlike other companies offering this service as it does not affect your credit rating. The lending is based on trust, and only needs a few details to be able to authorise your transaction.

The best part is its interest free always to the customer.

How Does It Work?

If you see something online you like, add it to your basket, and select ClearPay at the checkout. This will then divert you to their page to sign up and register your details. Once you have completed that process, it will then divert you back to The Lilly Pad website to complete the sale.

This is how it works:-

You want to spend £100 with us online so you will pay 25% of this when you first start. You then split the rest of the amount across 3 other equal payments every 2 weeks.

DELIVERY

The Lilly Pad charges a flat rate for Standard UK Mainland Delivery regardless of the number of items ordered based on the total value of your order.

Orders under £79.99           £3.50 (up to 1kg), £4.75 (over 1-2kg), £6  (over 2kg)

Orders over £79.99                Free

Items that are specified as Large Item Delivery will incur the following postage costs

Items up to 6kg   £10

Items over 6kg    £15

For postage to Channel Islands, Mainland Europe and Worldwide - please contact us for a quote.

Please note that some large items are collection only

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive, although usually it will be much sooner.

If you require something more urgently please call us to arrange.

If any item is out of stock and there is likely to be a delay with your order we will email you and if you prefer not to wait we will issue a full refund.

RETURN POLICY

We accept the return of items based on the following criteria below.

1. If you have changed your mind regarding the purchase, you must notify us in 14 days of the item being delivered.

2. The goods need to be complete, undamaged and with the original packaging.

3. The cost of the return delivery shall be paid for by the customer unless otherwise agreed by The Lilly Pad. Refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4.If the item is returned in "used" condition and devalues the item we reserve the right to not issue customer full refund 

In the event that an item is to be returned please contact us asap

DAMAGES

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged you will be required to send us photos evidence of the damage as well as pictures of packaging (internal and external) to thelillypadredruth@gmail.com You will then be emailed return label (we use DPD and Evri for the returns ) Full refund will be issued in 5 working days from the receipt of the goods to your original payment method.
